DR OMILA AWORABHI ALAGOA
The Managing Director, Dr. Omila Aworabhi-Alagoa, obtained her MBBS degree from the University of Port Harcourt in 2003. She is a member of the West African College of Physicians. Expanding her frontiers in the medical field, she holds a Certificate IV in Occupational Health, Safety, and Training from TAFEWA Pilbara, Australia, a Postgraduate Diploma in Sonography from the Institute of Ultrasound Training, Community College of IGNOU, New Delhi India and a Masters in Public Health from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom. She broadened her horizons by obtaining a management certificate in leadership and management in health from the University of Washington.
Her experience spans the private and public healthcare sectors. She worked in the Rivers State University Teaching Hospital and the Federal Medical Center, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State. She is the Medical Director (Chief Executive Officer) of PAN-OJ Clinic and Diagnostic Services Ltd., Bonny, Rivers State, which she founded and has managed successfully till date. Her specialty area
of interest is family medicine. She joins the board with her rich background of active medical practice spanning well over 15 years.
SIR DR.CHUKWUEMEKA E. ODOH
Chukwuemeka Odoh, KSM, PhD, has acquired cognate experience in health insurance operations in Nigeria. He graduated from Enugu State University of Science and Technology with a B.Sc. in Political Science, an M.Sc. in International Relations from the University of Port Harcourt, and a PhD in International Relations from Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
He started his career in the insurance industry at PHB Insurance Ltd. as a financial planner, then as a marketer in 2009. He later switched over to PHB Healthcare Ltd., where he acquired significant knowledge about the health insurance business in Nigeria. He later joined Aster Healthcare Services Ltd. in 2011 and subsequently joined GreenBay Healthcare Services Ltd. as a Regional Manager, South South, where he resigned as such. He has a real passion for healthcare delivery in record time with expected results.
He joined Springtide Healthcare Service Ltd. as an executive director and chief operating officer.
UJAH KINGSLEY

ACA Qualified Accountant possessing over 13 years’ work experience in financial accounting, financial reporting, risk advisory, internal and external audit with several years in management including mid-level position. Experienced in streamlining financial process, internal control process, risk and compliance and business process improvement.
Experienced ACA Qualified Accountant with diverse expertise spanning over a decade in financial reporting, tax advisory, auditing, business process improvement and risk advisory with a proven track record of driving financial success and strategic growth for Organizations.
Kingsley work experience cut across various sectors including Hospitality, Oil and Gas, Civil and Road Construction, Dredging and Marine Logistics, Financial and Business Consultancy, Advertisement and Broadcasting and Health Management Organization.
DR. DUMMENE EMMANUEL
Dr. Dummene Gberedomgbara is a pragmatic medical doctor who believes in innovation as a panacea for development. He obtained his MB/BS degree from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, and a Masters in Public Health (MPH) from the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
He also holds a certificate in emergency medicine from the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital. He is into general medical practice with an interest in emergency medicine and public health.
Dr. Dummene Gberedomgbara is an associate pastor with Triumph Ministries International (New Jerusalem) and brings a wealth of experience to Springtide Healthcare Services Limited (HMO) as a serving member of the management team.
BARR. COLLINS EBI DANIEL
Our Legal Adviser, Barr. Collins Ebi Daniel, obtained a B.A. Hons. [History] from the University of PH, LL.B., and a Master in Law & Diplomacy from the Rivers State University of Science & Technology and a B.L., Lagos.
He is a member of quite an array of professional bodies, including: Fellow, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Nigeria; and Fellow, International Dispute Resolution Institute. In his Civil Service career, he held many very sensitive positions, both in Rivers and Bayelsa States, and rose to the coveted position of Permanent Secretary.
A published author, he is currently the Managing Counsel of Collins Ebi Daniel & Co., Eagle Chambers,Legal Practitioners & Arbitrators. Barr. Collins Ebi Daniel comes with a varied and rich background that will be invaluable to the board.
JULIET UHIO
Juliet Uhio is a registered nurse with years of experience in clinical practice. She is a graduate of Ebonyi State University Abakaliki, where she obtained a BNSc degree as well as Registered Nurse certification.
Her passion for administrative health care gave birth to her becoming a health insurance nurse, with sound knowledge of health insurance processes and policies.
She has also extended her passion for health care to the vulnerable in society and has coordinated and carried out several medical outreaches to the less privileged as an assistant HOD of Healthcare Ministries in the King’s Assembly church.
DR EGUONO APUTE
She is a graduate of the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University in Vinnytsia, Ukraine, where she obtained her MD degree in 2016. She is a seasoned medical doctor and practitioner with over 7 years of experience with a special interest in public health. She further obtained a certification in clinical management of HIV from the University of Washington in her interest in contributing to the prevention and management of the global disease HIV/AIDS in our locality.
Her love for the promotion of public health led her to head and manage several religious, nonprofit, and profit-driven organizations such as the Medical and Health Community Development Service Team, Bonny Island, Family Life, and Sex Education campaigns in rural communities with a high risk of sexually transmitted infections, underage pregnancies, and a high prevalence of sexual abuse within Rivers State.
She is an astute trainer, having organized and trained individuals, organizations, and government parastatals, which include the Nigerian Army (146 Battalion Bonny Island), women, and their household members on first aid and basic life support. She is currently the Social Member of the Port Harcourt CHO Ladies Association, an affiliate of the NLNG Wives Association.
She gravitated towards health-managed care in the past two years, and her background experience stood her out. She brings to the management team her wealth of experience.
