MANAGING DIRECTOR/CEO – DR. OMILA A. ALAGOA
Dr. Omila Aworabhi-Alagoa obtained her MBBS from the University of Port Harcourt in 2003. Expanding her frontiers in the medical field, she holds a Certificate IV in Occupational Health, Safety and Training from Pilbara, Australia, and a Masters in Public Health from the University of Liverpool, United kingdom.
She is the Medical Director (Chief Executive Officer) of PAN-OJ Clinic and Diagnostic Services Ltd. Bonny, Rivers State. Her specialist area of interest is Family Medicine.
She took over the position based on her rich background of active medical practice and health insurance practice of over 10 years.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO) – CHUKWUEMEKA E. ODOH
Chukwuemeka Odoh (KSM) has acquired cognate experience in Health insurance operations in Nigeria. He graduated from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, B.Sc., Political Science, and M.Sc. International Relations, from University of Port Harcourt.
Chukwuemeka Odoh started his career in the insurance industry from PHB Insurance Ltd as a financial Planner, then Marketer in 2009. He later switched over to PHB Healthcare Ltd where he acquired significant knowledge about health insurance business in Nigeria. He later joined Aster Healthcare Services Ltd in 2011 that subsequently became GreenBay Healthcare Services Ltd as a Regional Manager, South South where he resigned as same.
He is currently running a PHD programme in International Relation at Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. He has real passion for healthcare delivery at record time with expected result. He joined Springtide Healthcare Service Ltd as the Chief Operating Officer.
HEAD, PROVIDERS MANAGEMENT – Dr. SHIRLEY HADASSAH IWOUNO
Dr. Mrs. Shirley Hadassah Iwouno obtained her MBBS from the University of Jos in 2001. She has gone ahead to widen her horizon in medicine by bagging the underlisted Certificates:
Leadership in Management and Health from the University of Washington, USA, Hospital Management and Administration from the Centre for Management and Manpower Development, and a Training of Trainers Certificate for PMTCT/Comprehensive Care for HIV/AIDS (FHI/SIDAS.
She has served as a member of the Technical Committee for National Guidelines for Palliative Care in Nigeria (ENHANCE/USAID). She has been a Programme Coordinator for Comprehensive Care for HIV Services, during her spell with the Lagos State Health Service Commission.
Her passion is in the specialty of Family Medicine.
The HMO will benefit from her over 18 years experience in the medical field.
HEAD OF QUALITY ASSURANCE – Dr. UNUNUMA CHIMIYUMA ONITA 
Dr. Ununuma Chimiyuma Onita attended the University of Port Harcourt where she obtained a B.Sc degree in Human Physiology in 2002. She proceeded to the University of Nigeria, Nsukka to pursue her dream of becoming a medical doctor and obtained the MBBS degree in 2009. In the course of her studies, she did an internship at the East Surrey Hospital, Redhill in the United Kingdom. She has undergone several training courses, including Leadership and Management, and Certification in Global Health and Epidemiology from the University of Washington, USA. She is a passionate Family Physician.
Married with kids, she periodically engages herself in Community and Church medical outreach programmes.
She joins the HMO with a rich medical experience of about 10 years.
CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER (CFO) – OLUKUNLE FAGBAYI
Olukunle Fagbayi is an experienced financial service professional with over 22 years of experience across a broad spectrum of industries, performing various finance and accounting, financial modeling and investment appraisals, operations/branch management and Start up financial set-up roles.
He holds a degree in Accountancy from the University of Benin and a Masters in Business Administration (Finance). He is also a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and Chartered Institute of Taxation Nigeria.
His Career started with Nigerian Bottling Company and A.G Leventis PLC as an Audit Manager responsible for detailed investigations and reviews of control account reporting and reporting on any weakness in the company’s operating system from where he moved to join Frigoglass Industries Nigeria Ltd. as the head of finance in responsible for reporting, IT and tax management for the company and its listed subsidiaries. He later joined Cummins West Africa Ltd. as the General Manager at Cummins West Africa Ltd. – providing insight into business performances and feasibility reports on local results and initiatives through detailed analysis and developed financial policies, processes and procedures in line with applicable global guideline and best practices.
After which he joined Transcorp Power Ltd as the pioneer Chief Financial Officer after the disinvestment of the Federal Government of Nigeria from the Power sector. As the CFO he was in charge of retransformation of the Finance and Procurement function and processes in the company from public sector to private sector successfully. Kunle has attended several training programs and conferences locally and internationally in Nigeria and Europe.
HEAD, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY – CHURCHILL IDIKA
Churchill Idika graduated from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka with a Bachelor’s of Technology in Physics Electronics. He has over 9 years experience in Business Relationship Management, Network Support, Website Design & Development and IT Project Management. He is certified by AXELOS (ITIL) and Microsoft (Network Management) and has attended several IT/ Telecommunications training locally and abroad.
He started his career in 2008 with Fidelity Bank PLC as a Business Relationship Manager and later join Bank PHB PLC (Keystone Bank LTD) also working as a Business relationship manager.
He joined Alpha-Tec Concept Nigeria Limited in 2010 as Sales Support Engineer, from where he became a Network Support Engineer, responsible for System/Network design, installation, commissioning and management of sites. In 2014, he became an IT Project Engineer in the Software Development Team also in Alpha- Tec where he developed and deployed over 35 website and 15 Sales Applications.
LEGAL ADVISER – BARR. COLLINS EBI DANIEL
Our Legal Adviser, Barr. Collins Ebi Daniel, obtained a B.A. Hons. [History] from the
University of PH, LL.B and Master in Law & Diplomacy from the Rivers State University of Science & Technology and B.L, Lagos.
He is a member of quite an array of professional bodies, including being:
Fellow, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Nigeria;and
Fellow, International Dispute Resolution Institute.
In his Civil Service career,he had held many very sensitive positions, both in Rivers and Bayelsa States, and rose to the coveted position of Permanent Secretary.
A published author, he is currently the Managing Counsel of Chief Collins Ebi Daniel & Co, Eagle Chambers,Legal Practitioners & Arbitrators.
Barr. Collins Ebi Daniel comes with a varied and rich background that will be invaluable to the Board.
HEAD OF CLAIMS CONTROL – EBERECHUKWU ONYIA
Eberechukwu Onyia graduated from Bishop Shanahan Nursing School, Nsukka in 2006. She also graduated from School of Midwifery, Nsukka in 2009. She has worked in several Hospitals both Private and Government. She has acquired series of training in healthcare delivery.
Eberechukwu Onyia joined Springtide to oversee Claims Control so as to continue to keep the healthcare delivery in good standard.
