
The Chairman, Amb. Eric Tonye Aworabhi, comes from a diversified background. He holds a B.Sc [Econs] Zaria, M.Sc. [Public Sector Management] Aston, Birmingham, LL.B [PH] and B.L [Lagos]. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management [Chartered], Fellow of the Institute of Health Service Administrators of Nigeria, and an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators.
He has held key administrative positions at the State and Federal levels. It is, for instance, to his credit, that he was the pioneer Director of Administrator to two Teaching Hospitals – the University of PH Teaching Hospital and Niger Delta University Teaching Hospital, Okolobiri. He also had the privilege of serving the country as her Ambassador to Italy. He brings all these and more to the service of the Board.

Sir Ejike Alumona joined the Board in 2019. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Accounting from the University of Benin and M.SC Finance degree from the University of Lagos. He previously served in various capacities in KPMG Nigeria, Cadbury Nigeria Plc, Schlumberger Nigeria Limited and Transcorp Power Limited.
He is a qualified chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and brings over a decade of professional experience from the consulting, FMCG, oil & gas and Electricity sectors, working with various companies. His experience spans across Strategy & Planning, Financial Reporting, Audit, taxation, Profitability Management and other Finance Competencies.

Lady Crescentia Chinenye Amaeshi Odoh is a graduate of School of Laboratory Technology, University of Port Harcourt with B.Tech, Geology and Mining. She also graduated from National Teachers Training Institute, Kaduna, with PDG Education. She has undergone several trainings both in Health Safety and Environment, Education and Business Development. Lady Crescentia as an Educationist has acquired much knowledge in primary and secondary school administration.
She is currently running her M.ED programme and also a business woman. She brings to the board her world class experience in business management.

The Managing Director, Dr. Omila Aworabhi-Alagoa obtained her MBBS from the University of Port Harcourt in 2003. Expanding her frontiers in the medical field, she holds a Certificate IV in Occupational Health, Safety and Training from Pilbara, Australia, and a Masters in Public Health from the University of Liverpool, Uk.
She is the Medical Director (Chief Executive Officer) of PAN-OJ Clinic and Diagnostic Services Ltd. Bonny, Rivers State. Her specialist area of interest is Family Medicine.
She joins the Board with a rich background of active medical practice of well over 10 years.
